Recommended Guided Walk
One of Vanessa's favorite sacred practices is walking. She's recorded three reflection prompts for each day, and we encourage you to go for a walk and listen to them at the beginning, middle, and end of each walk.

Feel free to walk however far you want, at whatever pace you want. If walking's not your thing or you're not able, pick a different practice you want to do everyday and listen to the prompt while doing that instead.

--
We thought the easiest way to listen to these prompts would be to plug an RSS feed into your podcast app of choice. If you add this feed to your app, three new prompts will arrive every day.

If you're using Apple Podcast, here are the instructions for how to add an RSS feed:
1. Go to your Apple Podcast app library

3. Click 'edit' in the top right bar
4. Click 'Add a show by URL..."
5. copy paste in: http://harrypottersacredtext.com/summer-audio-reflections?format=rss

Craft Night!
For craft night I'll be inviting you to embrace your inner amateur crafter. Some of you may have existing projects you're working on - and this is the perfect time to hang out and continue making progress. Or, if you're like me, and you don't usually get crafty, I'll be offering you a fun prompt to get creative. I'll be using pencils and paper, but you can also create with recycling scraps, fabrics or anything with which you want to get crafty : ) I'll give you one little hint - we're going to be inspired by the Whomping Willow for our project...

I've got some lovely music to chill to as we create together, so come hang out on Tuesday night!

Making Magic: Going from Fan to Creator, Panel with Black Girls Create, Wizards in Space, and Proma Khosla
Participating in fandom can often spark your own creative juices. In this session, we’ll explore why by talking about what it means to be powerful, who has power and why, and the complex relationship between power, truth, and fiction.
