Making Magic: Going from Fan to Creator, Panel with Black Girls Create, Wizards in Space, and Proma Khosla

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Participating in fandom can often spark your own creative juices. Many creators trace their beginnings to a specific piece of media they either loved or hated, but either way had them inspired to create something of their own. In this discussion style panel (with a Q&A!), we’ll share how our own love of fandom and storytelling inspired us to create, dive into our struggles along the way, and give advice to those starting their own journey going from a fan to a creator and all the inbetweens.
